Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected data subjects, ji58 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players as soon as reasonably practicable, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03 and the Data Privacy Act.

If you believe ji58 has violated your data privacy rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Ji58 encourages Players to contact the ji58 DPO first to attempt resolution before escalating to the NPC.

The ji58 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Ji58 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If ji58 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, the relevant Account will be suspended immediately, and all personal data associated with the underage account will be deleted in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, except where retention is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
